3. Last one. The shower screen and the grout round the base. Clear or cloudy?

"And when was it last cleaned properly, by anyone other than you?"
If they say 1–4 but it hasn't been professionally cleaned in over a year, price it as Heavy.

Bed sets to launder
A bed set is one bedsheet, one duvet cover, four pillow slips, two hand towels and two bath towels. A single set has two pillow slips, one hand towel and one bath towel. Bath mats, tea towels and oven gloves go in free.
