Fast and direct. No spam.
No sales pitch.
Just your price.
Flat rate. Youâll see everything upfront. We donât tuck charges into the small print.
We show up when we say we will. Then clean top to bottom. Not surface-level. Real clean.
Moving out means someoneâs going to check that flat or house top to bottom. Miss something, lose your deposit. Thatâs why this kind of clean matters.
We handle things like:
Oven cleaning (yep, even that)
Bathroom descaling
Skirting boards, behind appliances, inside cupboards
Carpets, tiles, glass – all of it
We follow the same checklists that letting agents use. And if anythingâs missed?
Youâve got a 48-hour re-clean guarantee.
Look no further! Hereâs how we make that happen (and yes, itâs as good as it sounds):
End of tenancy cleaning isnât optional. Itâs expected. Doing it yourself will take a full day, maybe more, and still risk falling short of agent standards. We come in, do it properly, and you focus on the move.
We clean for inventory checks, not for Instagram. That means behind appliances, inside cupboards, extractor fans, skirting boards - everywhere a letting agent is trained to inspect. Thatâs the line between a full deposit and deductions.
Everyone we send is background checked, trained, insured, and part of our own team. No agency temps. No random names youâve never seen. We know them, and they know the standard.
We donât need access to your mop cupboard. Industrial vacuums, degreasers, scale remover, cloths, brushesâour teams carry what they need for every job. You donât lift a finger.
Pay online after the job is done. Straightforward. Prefer a bank transfer? Thatâs fine. No chasers. No doorstep payments. Youâll get an invoice and a receipt.
If thereâs a key code, a parking issue, or a fussy landlord who left notesâjust let us know. You wonât be stuck waiting days for a reply. We actually answer our phone.
âThey cleaned everything properly. Even the oven. Saved me a big headache.â

BournemouthLandlords donât care that you tried hard. They care that itâs done right. We know what they check.
Do I have to clean carpets at the end of a tenancy?
Check your tenancy agreement. If it mentions carpets, then yes. Even if it doesnât, if theyâre stained or smell, expect a deduction if theyâre not done properly.
Are tenants responsible for cleaning before moving out?
Yes. Youâre expected to return the property in the same condition as when you moved in. That includes cleanliness.
Do landlords have to clean between tenants?
They should. Legally, they must offer a habitable space. But many donât. Thatâs why some tenants get stung when comparing the condition at check-in and check-out.
Whatâs included in a professional end of tenancy clean?
Kitchen (including inside oven and extractor)
Bathrooms (limescale, grout, tiles)
All surfaces, furniture, floors, and cupboards
Internal windows and mirrors
Skirting boards, sockets, light fittings
Is a re-clean included?
Yes. You get a free re-clean within 48 hours if the landlord or agent flags anything.
